Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathie11 from Great product! First off, if you read other reviews that said delivery time was an issue, ignore that. Our cabinet was delivered within one week of ordering. That was terrific – we nearly didn’t order it because of the delivery complaints in other reviews. So our biggest regret in building our home was in choosing a pedestal sink. They’re beautiful, but so impractical. This cabinet just solved that whole problem. It was easy to put together and it looks wonderful. It doesn’t look cheap and it doesn’t look like something just stuck around your sink. It looks like it belongs there. This cabinet was also listed here for over $100 less than on Amazon. It’s a great deal. No complaints at all. Date published: 2015-08-30

Pedestal sinks look super sophisticated, but they barely have enough space to stash a bar of soap. To help your sink live up to its full potential, pick up a curved organizer like this tiered rolling organizer from Bed, Bath & Beyond or this custom-cut cabinet from Improvements.

10. You’d be amazed at how much stuff you can fit into a really narrow cabinet. This particular one wins out over other narrow bathroom cabinets because it has drawers, so you don’t have to pull the whole cabinet out every time you want something. I had something similar that I used for years — it tucked neatly in beside the toilet in the tiny bathrooms of four or five different apartments. Bathroom cabinet, $119 from Amazon.

Fun fact: The space between wall studs is 16 inches, on average. You’re free to do whatever you please with those extra inches, but the best thing you could do is build a small recessed cabinet for bonus bathroom storage.

For easy, budget-friendly storage, Ana purchased and painted inexpensive crates from a craft store to create a decorative and functional storage solution. Hang them on a wall to save space, or keep them at hand on the vanity.

Rather than let the bags scatter and overtake the space under your sink, bunch them all up into a recycled tissue box. Doing so not only keeps them organized, but it also dispenses a new bag one at a time.

As HouseBeautiful notes, a slender picture ledge from IKEA can hold more than framed photos. Add one right between your bathroom mirror and sink, and rest your favorite perfume or cologne, hand soap and lotion, scented candle, and hair products on top.

6. Hanging your hair dryer on the inside of the cabinet door will save space and save you time, since it will be a lot easier to find. This hair dryer holder is $7.99 from The Container Store. Here’s another one that also holds some styling products and a hairbrush. Or you can hang a magazine holder on the inside of the door to get the same effect, like Mandy from Sugar Bee Crafts.

This bathroom storage hack comes from Glamour, so the buckets in question are actually some pretty pastel IKEA FINTORP utensil holders. Once you’ve acquired those, just knot an all-purpose clothesline on the sides so there’s about eight inches between each bucket.

Double-knot the clothesline when you get to the last bucket and cut off the excess portion. Then, hang the finished bathroom storage solution from a simple hook on your wall or door, and toss in your hair straightener, hairspray, makeup brushes, hair brushes, and other beauty supplies.
